Hi, We have been asked these questions and hope they help you to understand what we teach and why we teach it.

It is not our desire but because of the will of God.

What does it mean to worship in "spirit and truth"?

In John 4: 19-25 Jesus taught the Samaritan woman at the well that there was coming a time when all worship would move beyond Jerusalem. Because God is a spirit we must also worship in spirit, not using physical items for worship but the spirit which is give us through obedience to His word. The understanding of truth is that there is a right or correct way we should worship. Truth is about doing it in the manner which Christ teaches and God accepts.

Why are you all so stuck on everyone being baptized?

We aren't stuck on it. It is what the Bible teaches.

On the day of Pentecoste after the resurrection of Jesus Christ it was told to those who heard, believed and repented there what they should do.

Peter, the preacher, instructed them to be baptized for the remission of their sins. Every example in the Bible includes baptism in water for this purpose. Doing things as the Bible teach us is being obedient to God's will, not ours.

Why don't you have instruments or choirs in worship?

The example of how to worship we follow is that of the New Testament. We are required to sing praises to God not give it to others (a choir) to do and we the members of the body sit back and enjoy. Singing must be done in spirit and truth like all parts of our worship. Ephesians 5:19 teach that we are to sing making melody in our hearts to the Lord. While 1 Corinthians 14:15 tells us that we should sing with the spirit and with understanding. There are no mention of use of instruments. We are the instrument of God's creation and it is the instrument He desires us to use.
